Fresno Fire Grilled Veggie Skewers

These skewers are smoky, charred, and laced with roasted Fresno heat. They’re the perfect way to turn simple veggies into a backyard MVP.

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds

  • 1 red onion, quartered

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 yellow squash, thick-sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt + pepper

  • 1–2 tbsp Fresno Fire hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Toss veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat, turning occasionally until lightly charred (~10–12 minutes).

  3. Brush or drizzle Fresno Fire on hot off the grill.

  4. Serve with flatbread, rice, or a cool yogurt dip.

Tip:

Add mushrooms or halloumi for an extra layer.
