Fresno Fire Grilled Veggie Skewers
These skewers are smoky, charred, and laced with roasted Fresno heat. They’re the perfect way to turn simple veggies into a backyard MVP.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
1 red onion, quartered
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow squash, thick-sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt + pepper
1–2 tbsp Fresno Fire hot sauce
Instructions:
Toss veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat, turning occasionally until lightly charred (~10–12 minutes).
Brush or drizzle Fresno Fire on hot off the grill.
Serve with flatbread, rice, or a cool yogurt dip.
Tip:
Add mushrooms or halloumi for an extra layer.
