Sunfire Citrus Slaw

Bright, crunchy, and a little spicy - this slaw brings fresh Aji Amarillo heat to grilled meats, tacos, or fish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp Sunfire hot sauce (or more to your taste)

  • 1 tbsp mayo or olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbages, carrots, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, Sunfire sauce, and mayo (or oil).

  3. Pour dressing over slaw, toss to coat evenly.

  4. Chill for 10–15 minutes, then serve.

Tip:

Try adding thin-sliced jalapeño or crushed peanuts for extra kick.
