Sunfire Citrus Slaw
Bright, crunchy, and a little spicy - this slaw brings fresh Aji Amarillo heat to grilled meats, tacos, or fish.
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Sunfire hot sauce (or more to your taste)
1 tbsp mayo or olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the cabbages, carrots, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, Sunfire sauce, and mayo (or oil).
Pour dressing over slaw, toss to coat evenly.
Chill for 10–15 minutes, then serve.
Tip:
Try adding thin-sliced jalapeño or crushed peanuts for extra kick.
